About this app

See every photo you have ever taken on a map — and every place you have been.

Photo Travel Map reads the date and GPS position saved in your photos and videos and puts your whole library on an interactive map. Tap a dot to zoom in, double-tap to open the gallery of that place. No uploads, no account, no cloud of ours.

★ MAP OF YOUR LIFE
• Every photo and video with a location, grouped into dots that split as you zoom in
• Dots show a thumbnail of a photo taken there
• Filter by year, folder and type (photos, videos, favourites)

★ TRIPS FOUND AUTOMATICALLY
• Trips are detected from photos taken more than 100 km from home — see the list for free, and change your home if needed
• Each trip gets a name from the countries and places you visited
• Premium: the gallery of every trip and its route drawn on the map, with kilometres

★ TRIP MOVIE (Premium)
• Turn any trip into a vertical video: the route animated on the map and your photos popping up to the beat of the music
• Choose the length, music, intro, ending and photos; rename places just for the movie
• Save a 1080×1920 MP4 or send it straight to a chat

★ TIMELINE (Premium)
• A timeline under the map — select any period with your finger
• Press play and watch your travels unfold like a film

★ VISITED COUNTRIES (Premium)
• Countries you have photos from are highlighted on the map
• Including microstates: Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, Andorra…

★ SEARCH BY PHOTO CONTENT (Premium)
• Type “beach”, “mountain lake” or “sunset over the sea” and find exactly those photos — no names or tags needed
• Recognition runs on your phone (6 GB RAM or more) or on your PC — your photos never leave your devices
• English and Polish

★ GOOGLE TIMELINE (Premium)
• Add your Google Maps Timeline export and see it as a layer on the map
• Give a location to photos without GPS, based on where you were at that time

★ GALLERY AND VIEWER
• Fast gallery with places, folders and trips
• Full-screen viewer with date, place and file details (EXIF)
• Share photos and videos to any app

★ THREE WAYS TO USE IT
• On this phone — the gallery of photos on your phone, works offline
• PC server — connect to the free Travel Gallery app for Windows and browse your whole library from your PC
• OneDrive — browse a library kept in your own OneDrive

★ PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Your photos never leave your devices and your own cloud
• No ads, no tracking, no account
• Place names come from your phone's geocoder; map tiles from OpenStreetMap and Esri
