About this app

KwargsAI is the mobile app for the KwargsAI service, a private AI that knows your company. Get answers to work questions wherever you are: in a meeting, on the shop floor, or on the way to a customer.

The app is for employees of companies that use KwargsAI. You sign in with an account created by your company's administrator. There is no sign-up in the app.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Ask your company's assistant and get an answer drawn from company documents.
• See the sources behind every answer and open a document with one tap.
• Attach a photo or a file from your phone to your question.
• Dictate a question by voice, if your company has dictation switched on.
• Turn on Thinking mode for harder questions.
• Return to earlier conversations and continue where you left off.
• Choose from the assistants you have access to in your company.

SECURITY

• Sign-in with password and two-step verification, following your company's rules.
• Optional app lock with Face ID or fingerprint.
• The app communicates only over an encrypted connection and only with your company's environment.
• Conversations are not stored on the phone. A document opened from an answer is downloaded only temporarily.
• You can sign a phone out at any time in the web app.
• No ads and no tracking tools.

WHERE YOUR DATA RUNS

Documents, the search index and the application run in your company's own environment on a dedicated server in the EU. Answers are generated by Microsoft Azure OpenAI in the EU under a contract that excludes training models on your data.

The app is available in Slovak, Czech and English and follows the language set in your account.
