The Rewards Program is useless because the K&W Cafeteria in Rocky Mount cannot honor the offers, nor can they scan my app for points. I had an offer for a whole pie if you spent $30 or more. We spent over $30 but the cashier did not know how to scan my barcode on the K&W app. The cashier got the manager and the manager said they were unable to scan because they aren't set up for the Rewards Program. However, I downloaded the app from a display in the K&W restaurant in Rocky Mount.

Who doesn't like pie? When you download this app, you get a big, delicious pie either half price or at times free. These are not dinky pies, they are pies large enough for a full family dinner with left overs. The food is always good, the employees are right there, ready, willing and able to serve you with a smile. My favorite store is the one on Northline in Greensboro. The floor waitstaff are right there to take your empties away, refill drinks and keep it clean. Thanks for your hard work!
