About this app

KwickSalon is the staff companion app for salons using the KwickPOS POS system.
Login credentials are issued by the salon owner — accounts cannot be created
from inside the app.

— FOR OWNERS / MANAGERS —
• Daily dashboard and weekly calendar
• Create, edit, cancel, and reassign appointments
• Customer search by phone or name
• Sales and commission reports (daily / weekly / monthly / custom range)

— FOR TECHNICIANS —
• Today's appointments and personal stats
• Own schedule and assigned services

— GENERAL —
• PIN-based login (no public sign-up)
• Optional GPS clock-in with geo-fencing
• Tap-to-call customer phone numbers
• Multi-language: English, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean

What’s new

- Owner/Manager can now create, edit, and delete technician break blocks directly from the app
- Add multi-day vacation blocks for one or more technicians, with a conflict warning if existing reservations are affected
- Break blocks on the calendar now show notes (e.g. reason for the break)
