I'd like to be able to ONLY get system alerts about low battery and other critical issues, and via TEXT. The option to choose a certain battery level to get a notification would be great as well, so it isn't just when critically low level. I don't want to know every time it is locked/unlocked. Seems like a simple function to add. Emails get buried in spam and this is a rental so lights/beeps don't do & I don't want to have to check the battery status everyday, that's what notifications are for.

Terrible experience. Every time there is an update to my lock I have to completely re-pair the lock to the app because it's there, but it's not and I can't update because it doesn't connect. the only solution is to start from scratch. Every time! Reply to Kwikset: The app is synched to the lock. I can lock and unlock, add users, change codes. But a firmware update is impossible. Every time.

Missing 2 key functions. One, receiving notifications when a code is used. I want to have the capability to set notifications only for certain codes, I want the option in the app, not through my phone, which is an all-or-nothing option. I increased my rating to 3-stars because they did add one of the features that was an important feature. The app still has a lot of issues with updating and deleting codes The developer response is pitiful, they obviously did not carefully read my critiques.
