About this app

Kwill writes inside your memory, not next to it.

Most AI tools hand you text in a chat window. You copy it, paste it into Word, and reformat it yourself. Kwill works differently: your thesis is a live .docx file, and every answer can become a real edit to the file you will actually submit.

WRITING
Ask for a paragraph, a section or a whole chapter and Kwill writes it into your document, in the language your thesis is written in. Rewrite a passage to be more academic, shorter or clearer. Fix the grammar without changing your meaning. Summarize a long passage, or move a section between Arabic, French and English.

STRUCTURE
Propose a chapter plan, rename or split a section, promote a heading, renumber the chapters. Generate the table of contents, the list of figures and the list of tables — and refresh them after you change things.

FORMATTING THAT SURVIVES THE EXPORT
Fonts, sizes, line spacing, indents, margins and page setup. Cover page, headers, footers, page numbers, section breaks and divider pages between chapters. Kwill applies these as real Word formatting, so they still hold when your supervisor opens the file.

ARABIC, DONE THE WAY WORD DOES IT
Right-to-left paragraph direction, Arabic fonts and sizes set separately from the Latin ones, mirrored margins and headers. Kwill sets them as genuine Word properties — not simulated with alignment that collapses on the next machine.

TABLES, FIGURES, EQUATIONS
Insert a table and fill it from what you dictate. Send a photo and Kwill places it with a numbered caption in the right spot on the page. Build charts from your figures. Write real word equations.

CITATIONS
Ask for a citation where you need one. Kwill inserts it and keeps the bibliography in step, in the one style your university asks for, everywhere in the document.

YOUR OWN FILES
Attach a Word file, a .txt or a .md and Kwill reads it in full and keeps it with your thesis, so you can ask about it today and months later. It can even lift a figure out of an old document into yours. PDFs are saved to your sources, but their text is not extracted yet — Kwill tells you rather than guessing at what is inside.

YOUR UNIVERSITY'S FORMAT
Pick your university and Kwill applies its template and norms: margins, cover page, heading levels and the citation style it expects.

NOTHING IS PERMANENT
Anything that deletes or replaces a large part of the document is shown to you for approval first. Everything else can be undone, and the history in the writer takes you back to any earlier version.

EXPORT AND HAND IN
Download a finished Word file that opens anywhere, with the table of contents, page numbers and layout already right.

WRITE IN YOUR LANGUAGE
Ask in Arabic, French or English and give answers in the language you use. Your thesis language is independent of the language you ask in.

PLANS
New accounts start with 30 messages, once. The free plan then gives 5 messages a month and one thesis. Paid plans run for one, three or six months, with larger message allowances and more theses. Prices are shown in the app before you pay, and a subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings.
