About this app

You never really know how much leaves your account each month.

Streaming, cloud storage, AI tools, the gym, a game pass: none of them look expensive on their own. Together they add up. Their billing dates are scattered across the month, and nobody tells you when a price goes up.

SubKeep is an offline subscription tracker and subscription manager. It keeps every recurring payment on one screen, reminds you before each charge, and turns monthly and yearly bills in different currencies into one real total. No account, no sign-up, and your data never leaves your phone.


◆ What you get

・Stop paying for things you forgot: the trial you never cancelled, the service you stopped using, the storage you pay for twice.
・No more surprise charges: every next billing date is worked out for you, and the reminder arrives before the money leaves.
・The real monthly cost: yearly plans are spread across the months and foreign-currency subscriptions are converted, so the total is the actual total.
・Cancelling has a known path: 26 common services come with step-by-step cancellation directions.


◆ What it does

・Records every subscription: amount, currency, billing cycle (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly or every few months) and next billing date. 26 common services such as Netflix, Spotify, ChatGPT Plus and iCloud+ come with a ready-made icon and defaults.
・Renewal reminders: set how many days ahead for each subscription, and the hour of day for all of them. Free trials get their own reminder before they end.
・Paste a bank SMS: paste a charge notification and SubKeep picks out the amount, date and service name. Parsing happens on the phone; SubKeep never reads your messages and asks for no SMS permission.
・Multi-currency totals: subscriptions in USD, JPY and TWD are converted at the rates you set before adding up.
・Real charge history: every charge is recorded, so a price rise never rewrites what you already paid. Any record can be corrected to match your statement.
・Spending reports: this month's charges, the monthly average with yearly plans spread out, where the money goes by category, plus twelve months of spending and your five priciest subscriptions (Pro).
・Categories and colours: seven categories, each with its own colour on the home screen. Category names are shown in Chinese, as they are part of your data.
・Pause and cancel: paused and cancelled subscriptions are kept apart, left out of the totals, and can be restored at any time.
・Backup and restore: export a backup file to cloud storage or email, then restore it on a new phone.
・English and Traditional Chinese interface, switchable in Settings.


◆ How people use it

・Just subscribed: pick the service from the presets, enter the amount and billing date, done in thirty seconds.
・A bank SMS arrives: paste it on the home screen, check what SubKeep found, save.
・Starting a free trial: enter the trial end date and SubKeep reminds you before it turns into a paid plan.
・New phone: export a backup in Settings, restore it on the new device, nothing lost.


◆ Free and Pro

The free version keeps 5 active subscriptions. Cancelled and paused ones do not count, so unsubscribing frees a slot.

Pro unlocks two things: no limit on how many you track, and the full reports page (twelve months of spending, six category trends, and your five priciest subscriptions).

What you have already recorded never disappears or gets hidden. The cap only blocks adding.

Pro is a subscription, monthly or yearly, and you can cancel any time in your Google Play subscription settings.


◆ Your data

SubKeep works fully offline: no account, no cloud, no server. Subscriptions, exchange rates and backups live only on your phone. The one thing that goes online is checking your Pro purchase with Google Play. See the privacy policy for details.
