The new Transoft application allows you to report the status of deliveries in real time.
It also allows you to attach an image of the confirmation document to each shipment.
This streamlines the exchange of information between the customer, the recipient, and the transport company.
This new status will be reflected immediately in the Transoftware shipment query, which can be viewed by the customer or the carrier.
