Kyosk Digital Service is a tech-led platform that connects informal retailers around Africa who retail in Kiosks and other similar retail outlets directly to fast -moving consumer goods suppliers (FMCGs) by communicating demand from retail outlets directly to the FMCGs suppliers and their distributors and managing the delivery of goods to the kiosk owners.
With its presences currently in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Nigeria, our digital ordering and delivery platform - Kyosk, ensures these retail outlets get access to stock at competitive prices and have them delivered directly to them.

This app could use some improvements. A lot actually. For instance, once the goods are dispatched, include a tracking feature or include the number of the driver for communication. My goods were dispatched three days ago but not yet delivered. The drivers sometimes cancel orders without informing me. My experience with this service is not good

At first they told me they deliver to Mlnd,i placed my order they delivered though late,the second time they didnt deliver to me but in the app it showed my goods were delivered.Now they dont bother any more,i call the customer care to ask if they will deliver when an order and she says yes.I place an order they receive but after somedays it expires. They use this as an excuse,can the company shade a light,do deliver depending with a customer's "Class"????So dissapointed.
