Kyosk Digital Service is a tech-led platform that connects informal retailers around Africa who retail in Kiosks and other similar retail outlets directly to fast -moving consumer goods suppliers (FMCGs) by communicating demand from retail outlets directly to the FMCGs suppliers and their distributors and managing the delivery of goods to the kiosk owners.
With its presences currently in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Nigeria, our digital ordering and delivery platform - Kyosk, ensures these retail outlets get access to stock at competitive prices and have them delivered directly to them.

Ratings and reviews

This app could use some improvements. A lot actually. For instance, once the goods are dispatched, include a tracking feature or include the number of the driver for communication. My goods were dispatched three days ago but not yet delivered. The drivers sometimes cancel orders without informing me. My experience with this service is not good

its so disappointing. they will never bring your goods at all points. I don't recommend anyone to use it. tou place order and they don't bring it. in the cart it shows that its being processed but you wait all the day without receiving any. And to customers you promised their good get trust issues with your business. I think its better they tell us where they r located and we go straight and get our goods from there. than making us fools. I really hate there services now days. so much. chang

So disappointed, I placed an order only for your delivery guy to come to my shop with the item plus the receipt and claim that I had cancelled the order, how now and even in the app it was clear the goods were to be brought, ordered again and till today I've never received any goods. Called the representative who convinced me to be purchasing from you and she never picked nor called back, am so done with you
