About this app

LaboMed brings your lab and your doctor together in one app.

• At-home specimen collection: pick your test, date and address on the map. A nearby phlebotomist is assigned and you follow their arrival in real time.
• Test menu and prices: browse available tests, prices in USD and preparation instructions (fasting, etc.).
• Doctor appointments: book a free slot at the office, at home or by video.
• Video visits: see your doctor from your phone.
• Prescriptions: receive prescriptions from your LaboMed doctor as a PDF you can share, and add photos of paper prescriptions to book lab tests.
• Lab results: get your PDF reports in the app.
• Health insurance: save your carrier, member ID and group number, add photos of your insurance card and download an itemized receipt for reimbursement.
• Secure online payment by card (Stripe), or pay at the visit.
• Messaging: ask the lab or your doctor your questions.
• Reminders: a notification the day before and one hour before each appointment.
• Available in English and French.

Your health information is only visible to you and to the professionals who need it. You can delete your account at any time from the app.
