About this app

Labviq turns a vial photo into a complete reagent record — supplier, catalogue number, lot, expiry — in seconds. Then it keeps the record up to date as new information arrives: a CoA forwarded from your inbox, an invoice dropped in Google Drive, a packing-slip note in Slack, or a PDF you upload directly. Every source attaches to the same record, so you always know what you have, where it came from, and when it expires.

- Vial photo capture — point your phone at the label, the app extracts the supplier, catalogue number, lot, expiry, and storage conditions.
- Two-photo mode — front and back of the vial for tricky labels. The app stitches both readings into one canonical record.
- Cross-channel reconciliation — emails, Drive folders, Slack messages, and direct file uploads all land on the same reagent records. No manual matching.
- Supplier enrichment — antibody RRIDs, PubChem identifiers for small molecules, structured catalogue data from Merck/Sigma, Thermo, Qiagen, BioLegend, Cell Signaling, and more. Automatic, cached, and cross-validated.
- Lot tracking — every record carries a full provenance trail. Where the lot information came from, when, and with what confidence.
- CoA archive — Certificates of Analysis are stored alongside the record they belong to, with one-click download.

PRIVACY
Your records are scoped to your account. Photos and documents are processed by Labviq's own backend and the AI providers we use for extraction, under service-provider terms that prohibit them from training on your data. Data is encrypted in transit. You can delete individual records, or your entire account, at any time.
