I gotta say the customer support is awesome! It's been a long time since I got help this quick, and they've put a lot of effort in answering my questions and helping me solve the problem that I ran into. They deliver a great and reliable service in my opinion, and unlike some other reviews I really like this app! It does what you would expect and the interface is really user-friendly too. You can choose whether you want to link your bank account or not, it's optional

The app will link to your bank account, to know how much you are earning and spending monthly. The problem is that the app and support staff don't enable you to get a higher creditlimit. Even with a salary in the 90th percentile, your creditlimit cannot be higher than 1500. Support doesn't help. There is no indication why, except that if the system tells you it's not possible, then it is not possible. I just want to increase to 3000. Worthless app if you can easily save 1500 per month.

I appreciate the instant check up on wether or not paying in installments is an option for me. As it isn't, I instantly deleted my account and uninstalled the app. I chatted with costumer service for removing my account. They were fast and kind.

De Tinka-app wordt vaak geüpdatet zodat jij zorgeloos kunt shoppen, én betalen. In de laatste app-update zijn er vooral kleine bugs verholpen en is de app nog een stuk intuïtiever geworden.
