About this app

The ProLar App is the ProLar technicians' work tool for monitoring and executing service orders with greater speed, organization, and security.

With the app, technicians can:

• view service orders and their details;

• track status, addresses, and service information;

• start the journey and open the route in the map application;

• record arrival, progress, refusal, and completion of the service;

• add photos, evidence, signatures, and service data;

• receive notifications about service orders;

• continue compatible activities even without an internet connection, with synchronization when the internet returns.

The app helps keep the entire service journey organized, from receiving the service order to its completion.

Access is exclusive to authorized users. A ProLar-provided account is required to use the app.
