This app is not very good. Have tried to schedule an appointment with the local place I go to and it only shows me other places that were very far. I scheduled an appointment because even if it's urgent they won't see you without a damn appointment. It turns out it was a different clinic and the counter person instead of asking if I wanted to see a doctor there told me it was a different clinic. This is the second time I leave urgent care because you can't see a doctor without an appointment.

I've been trying to submit a request for an e visit all day. I've tried 4 times. 3 out of the 4, I list my current medications and it will not take me to the next page, even after refreshing and hitting next. The 4th time I got past that part but then it kicked me off after it said my connection was bad. Please fix this tool. It's been incredibly frustrating.

App doesn't let me sign in on Samsung 22 Ultra device. Once I enter my valid credentials, the app just clears the fields like nothing happened. No error messages. Have to use web to log in to my account. Funny, since LA Care is actively looking for software testers (for several months now) and obviously not successfully. Their HR should reconsider scanning and hirining process and hire someone ASAP 🤣
