Edit: Removing 2 stars from my 5 star rating. Very often I get error messages when loading the app and trying to log in. To the point where I've had to uninstall and reinstall the app several times over to fix it. Original review: App is super simple and easy to use. No extra features to make it confusing. Plus it has the ability to deposit checks with a photo.

Crashes alot. Bugs. Have to go to desktop site for certain things that should be easily accessible to everyone if you're going to have a banking app Months later, here we are again with randomly not being able to login to my account. Can't even use the "Instant Balance" feature which doesn't even require a full login. Extremely frustrating. The app is so simple compared to other banks yet this one has problems 10x as often

11/20: Endless buffering. Come on, Lakeland! Update 11/12: Just logged into the app with no trouble for the first time in almost 2 months! When it works, this is a user-friendly app. Unfortunately, for the past several weeks, it doesn't work. The app wouldn't open, so I uninstalled and reinstalled it. The sign in page buffers forever and then the app crashes. I hope Lakeland is paying attention to all the negative reviews lately. I will happily come update mine when this problem is resolved.
