* Customers can change their profile picture and view their unit payments. This section includes an overview of the complex, contact information, app features, and the ability to submit complaints directly within the app.
* Monthly Utility Bills
* The app displays monthly utility bills for services such as security, cleaning, water, gas, and internet. Facial recognition is enabled to prevent accidental maintenance requests if the phone is in the hands of children.
* Maintenance Requests
* The app allows for maintenance requests to be made directly within the app, with facial recognition enabled to prevent unwanted maintenance requests from children.
* Shared QR Codes for Guests
* Unit owners can share a unique QR code with guests upon their arrival at the complex. Security guards will scan the QR code upon arrival to verify it. This code is valid only once.
