以下の機能追加、修正を行いました
・メール連携で作成されたお知らせでも、編集権限を持つ方が未読/既読タブ・回答タブを開いて配信状況を確認できるようになりました（閲覧者には従来どおり表示されません）
・コメント入力欄の「このコメントの通知を送る」チェックボックスで、タップしても波紋（リップル）が出ない問題を修正しました
