The program is designed to automatically calculate the tariffs of clinical statistical groups (CSGs) for the provision of medical care within the framework of target nosologies in round-the-clock and day hospitals at the level of specific medical institutions (HCI) in accordance with established Methodological recommendations on methods of payment for medical care for an account of compulsory health insurance funds developed and approved by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and the Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund, based on the data established in the tariff agreements of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the compulsory health insurance system. The program is used to assist the work of doctors and administrators of health care facilities in determining the DRG, calculating established tariffs, calculating the cost of treatment of a completed case, planning the budget and indicators of health care facilities.
