About this app

The SilverCloud location management software app will allow owners and users of the SilverCloud and SilverCloud Sync real-time GPS tracking systems, the ability to view and monitor the precise location of their assets or vehicles, whether it's a single vehicle or an entire fleet of vehicles, from anywhere conveniently from their phone.
Users will be able to monitor the speed of each vehicle and the battery life of each device simply by tapping on the vehicle icon located on the map - accurate to within 2.5 meters (6 feet) of the device. The location also updates automatically, showing the real-time GPS location of the user's vehicles.
Vehicle updates will be based on user's data plan - 3 minutes, 1 minute, 30 seconds, 10 seconds, 5 seconds, or as fast as 3 second continuous updates.
Since the SilverCloud software utilizes Maps, users will have the option of viewing the map in Standard View, Satellite View or a Hybrid of both.

Ratings and reviews

The app worked fine for several days. As of today, since the app was improved for "bug fixes and performance improvements", it now fails to load nor does it recognize the registered username and password. It flashes repeatedly on the screen until it will close itself. What did you do to the app??? If this cannot be resolved, I will return the item to Amazon for a refund.

fantastic device and app. trying to keep an eye on my father, and this helps me track him while he's in his UTV. We live in a fairly remote are with spotty cell coverage and this device and app work very well here. I forget what the device is called but it kinda looks like a small hockey puck. the device is cheap but the service is kind of expensive, and you can adjust how much you wanna pay vs how often the device pings it's location. very much worth it for the piece of mind it provides.

I've used the app for years. About two years ago the push alerts to the app stopped working. I've cleared the cache, uninstalled, reinstalled multiple times. So no alerts at all for geofence. No speed alerts. Just manual location checking; not useful. Can't set or change speed alerts from the app or from any mobile browser. If you don't have access to a laptop you can't stop getting speed alerts. It's 2026. This app is 10+ years behind the times. Needs a full overhaul and feature parity with web
