Ratings and reviews

This app is a fraud — avoid it. I paid for services and never received what I was promised. After contacting customer support, no meaningful action was taken and I was given vague, unhelpful responses. There’s no clear refund process in the app or on the website; the only options are to submit a generic form or wait for an email that never arrives. That means if something goes wrong, you’re out of luck and out of money. The app’s interface looks polished, but that seems to be a facade to loot.

Even if the order is cancelled they will deduct ₹500 in the name of platform fees and service charges? no service provided and still they want charges. no proper customer support, they will take 12 hrs to reply and you will have to waste your time following up. Also, you have to send them documents at your own cost, other apps have agents to collect documents but this guys will make you work and deduct/apply for service charges. Do not use their service.

Worst experience ever. This looks like a scam. Please be cautious before requesting any service. They collected ₹37,000 upfront on May 4 for my family tree and property registration work. The app showed a delivery date of June 6, but as of June 23, the status is still "In Progress." Initially, they kept delaying it by another week. Now they neither respond to calls nor provide updates and seem to be avoiding communication. Filing a consumer court complaint appears to be my last option.
