looks this app is in primary stage. one cannot find it's property with the help of map. map does not represent actual position. people try to find their properties with the help of nearby nalas road , surrounded gut numbers and other important structures. all of the properties are not listed in the map. actually full village map as actual including gut numbers should be loaded. and when we touch the proper gat number, then the details should be displayed on the screen. difficult to us

This is a very bad and unreliable app. I paid ₹49 for an Encumbrance Certificate search, but after successful payment, it showed an error and no document was provided. There is no proper refund option, no response from support, and no accountability. This is completely unacceptable and feels like cheating customers. Do NOT use this app or make any payments, as there is no guarantee you will get the service or your money back. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will be forced to escalate this

Worst experience. My money was debited from my account to browse ECs. But when I enquire through whats app, how to download as the system is not providing the search ecs. No proper response. Only standard message will appear that " we have taken your inputs and shall get back to you". Least bothered to get back or this is not transperant process. I have been asking them where can I see my money in the app.. No answere Since 30 days, no answer only standard message...
