Landeed charges customers before even showing the search results. The biggest issue is that if the requested document is not found, the amount paid is not refunded. What's more disappointing is that there seems to be very little effort from the support team to genuinely trace or locate the documents before concluding that they are unavailable.If a service promises to help users obtain property documents, it should either deliver the documents or refund the customer's money.

This appears to be a scam app for collecting undue money. when I submitted details on Google and paid money, no details were downloaded after paying the amount. A message appeared indicating that the amount would be refunded if no details were received. However the amount was never refunded. So new subscribers be aware

I order for certified copy document they have debited amount and the document is not sent on whatsApp and there customer service is so worst just looting people. Beware of frauds they not even solve issue. And ni refund is issue after writing to there customer care.
