Ratings and reviews

This app is a fraud — avoid it. I paid for services and never received what I was promised. After contacting customer support, no meaningful action was taken and I was given vague, unhelpful responses. There’s no clear refund process in the app or on the website; the only options are to submit a generic form or wait for an email that never arrives. That means if something goes wrong, you’re out of luck and out of money. The app’s interface looks polished, but that seems to be a facade to loot.

Worst experience. My money was debited from my account to browse ECs. But when I enquire through whats app, how to download as the system is not providing the search ecs. No proper response. Only standard message will appear that " we have taken your inputs and shall get back to you". Least bothered to get back or this is not transperant process. I have been asking them where can I see my money in the app.. No answere Since 30 days, no answer only standard message...

Worst app. The Terra AI charges Rs 1499/- for each property details like property card and then says the record is not available online. An agent then calls and says they have to do a physical visit and costs 15 to 20 thousand rupees. For a shop located in Chikhali they gave me the valuation of Rs 76 lakhs which is ridiculous. Highly inaccurate and costly. complete waste of money and time. I lost Rs 2998/- because of this terrible app. Avoid at all cost.
