Ratings and reviews

This app is terrible, the customer service is bad, they take forever to respond. I'm trying to extend my stay, it used to work fine, but now it's asking for a work offer letter, contract, or my last three pay stubs. I tried uploading the contract, but it didn't work. I also tried logging in on the website with my email and password, but that didn't work either. I even tried the "forgot password link, I never got a reset email. When I checked my account info on d app, I fnd it isn't d 📧 i create

App will not allow sending messages asking for instructions or reporting issues. App closes when attempting to upload photos and questions/issues.

Landing is great, but a problem with the app. When attempting to use the Map View to search apartments, the app crashes.
