Ratings and reviews

Overall, I like the mobile app. However, I recently went to make a mobile deposit and noticed a change to the notice page. Absolutely terrible decision to put a website's worth of information on a mobile deposit notice page. There was too much scrolling needed to get to the bottom of the page to accept and move forward to make my deposit. If hyperlinks aren't supported, then the web address should be typed in there to direct people where to get additional info. The user experience was awful.

App needs major updates. It's very difficult to set up and link multiple bank accounts for transfers. If you have a landmark loan, you can't set up multiple accounts for auto pay, which is ridiculous. I have 2 chase accounts that's linked to LMCU, but it only shows 1. Then, you can't remove the accounts that you've linked.

In general, its one of the better banking apps that I use between my 4 institutions. I like the mobile interface (desktop less so). usability and interface, I'd give 5 stars since it's functional and it's extremely rare to find odd bugs. My issue is the 2 factor auth. Every 2nd or 3rd time I log in the app requires this and I click "remember" every time and name my device. However, I can never reuse the same device name, so it's clearly storing that I log in from this device somewhere. Annoying
