Stability and performance update.

• DXF Viewer is much faster on large drawings — smooth pan and zoom, no more
freezing on heavy files.
• Fixed a crash when background GPS tracking started after location permission
was turned off.
• Fixed a rare crash when swiping back while a screen was still opening.
• RTK sessions no longer stop if location permission is unavailable — the
receiver stays connected.
