Disaster. This app is truly terrible and if you are transcribing a meeting of any importance, stay away. The app prevents zoom from saving its own recording, then holds the transcript for ransom. Additionally, it is glitchy, unintuitive and prone to crashing. Notta does not offer features that are particularly useful / distinctive from Zoom so very difficult to understand the cost. I gave it a shot, and really regret it. Thank god I used an old fashioned recorder as a back up.

There software used to be good few years ago but it just sucks now. You can't export things out before failing few times and it no longer recognizes speakers even if there is a feature to do it. The quality of transcription is also pretty bad. I raised several issue requests from their portal and there is no response. It seems like no one is maintaining it. Really bad quality product and service.

will not allow to test the app out to see if it even does what the buyer is needing. immediately it makes it seem like you are able to preview but directly after you download your personal things and can't delete it. the app stored it regardless. it goes into a 100 $ plus to pay for a year. no way. sucks all the way and to the max. they wrong totally for that. a sample of the apps capabilities would be suffice.
