It works some days and not others. Programming is easy. Recording, not so much. I've tried motion recording, and recording anytime someone inputs their code. It just records when ever it wants. There is no option to record when the wrong code is entered either. Glad I have nest cameras inside. I give a 3 because it does physically work, and install was easy enough. But the app, not so great

It's a very bad app. 2 devices used to access one doorbell. Sometimes only 1 gets notified, sometimes neither. The communication with the doorbell is laggy. Frequently the unlock just wont work. When I do get alerted I try to see what the alarm is and nothing ever comes up. Sometimes alerts I used to see arent viewable anymore. The alerts turn on my screen and leave it on, forever, which overheats my phone. Since installing my screen randomly stops responding to touch requiring a forced reboot.

App often suffers authentication failed and or timeouts and other random errors.
