would be great if it worked! even payed for cloud for the year and it's still isn't connecting all the time .they need to sort it out! or e minute it's working great next won't connect!!

I need help. The device only works via home Wi-Fi and does not work via mobile data. What is the solution? I need urgent help. If you have a software link.

This worked for a couple of years then the remote viewing of cameras stopped. Only works locally via wifi now not internet. Tried emailing but mail box is full so got bounced back
