About this app

My Tefillah, your pocket siddur — clear, comprehensive, and tailored to each day.

My Tefillah brings together everything you need to pray and follow the Jewish calendar, in an elegant French interface, according to the Sephardic rite (Edot HaMizrah).

📖 The three services, adapted to the days of Shacharit, Mincha, and Maariv, with the "daily reading": the app displays only the passages to be recited today — Mashiv Haruah or Morid Hatal depending on the season, Barekh Aleinu or Barkhenu, Ya'alei Veyavo on Rosh Chodesh, Al Hanissim on Hanukkah and Purim, Anenu on fast days, the psalm of the day (Shir Shel Yom)... The Tachanun is automatically omitted on days when it is not recited. "Full" mode displays everything.

🔤 Hebrew, Phonetic, or Both: Each text is available in vocalized Hebrew and phonetic (Sephardic pronunciation). Adjust the font size for comfortable reading, even in the synagogue.

🕯️ Daily and Special Occasion Prayers: Modeh Ani, Netilat Yadayim, Asher Yatzar, Shema, blessings over food, Birkat Hamazon, Kaddish, Kiddush, Havdalah, candle lighting, Tefilat HaDerech, Brit Milah, Shehecheyanu, Birkat HaGomel, blessing of children… with French translation and practical notes.

📅 The Holiday Calendar Explained: All the holidays of the year with civil and Hebrew dates, a countdown, and a clear information sheet for each holiday: origin, meaning, customs, and what is permitted or not.

📿 The 150 Psalms, Offline
The entire Book of Psalms, in vocalized Hebrew and phonetic transcription, readable without an internet connection. Choose the display that suits you best: Hebrew only, phonetic transcription only, or both side-by-side.

🤝 Psalms Chains
Read the 150 Psalms together—for the healing of the sick, in memory of a loved one, or for success. Start a chain, share its six-character code with your family or community, and each person can choose a few chapters. The group's progress is visible live, up to the siyum (the final reading). No account required: a first name is all you need. A chain is accessible only to those who have received the code.

📱 A widget on your home screen
"The Time" shows what you are doing now—Shacharit, Birkat Hamazon after meals, Mincha, Maariv—with the schedule and daily markers. A tap opens the service directly.

🏖️ Plan your time off without a hitch. Worker or student? My Tefillah lists the Yom Tov holidays throughout the year and indicates which ones fall on weekdays—handy for planning your time off in advance. Dates for the Diaspora or Israel.

✨ Also included: • Hebrew date of the day and daily liturgical instructions • Omer count • Works completely offline • No ads, no data collection

Siddur text: Siddur Edot HaMizrah (Shaliehsaboo edition, Sefaria).
Sephardic Siddur: prayers in Hebrew and phonetic transcription, Jewish holidays, days off.
