FlowOps by Lanta is an all-in-one operations platform for warehouses, 3PLs, and the businesses they fulfill for. Run your whole operation — inventory, order fulfillment, dispatch, billing, and reporting — from one system instead of juggling spreadsheets and separate tools.

Inventory management
Track SKUs, quantities, and warehouse locations with a complete, audited transaction history. Add, adjust, and archive stock, with low-stock visibility.

Order fulfillment & e-commerce sync
Connect a Shopify store and orders flow in automatically. Line items match to warehouse stock, and fulfillment status is pushed back to the store — no manual re-keying. Amazon order sync is available on higher plans.

Dispatch & delivery
Assign loads to drivers, send SMS dispatch notifications, share live GPS tracking, and give customers a delivery tracking link. Drivers get their own portal with their scheduled appointments and a settlement statement.

Appointments
Schedule inbound and outbound dock appointments and manage them by status.

Invoicing & documents
Generate invoices and Bills of Lading, and accept in-app payments.

Barcode scanning & labels
Receive, pick, and look up stock with any RF or USB barcode scanner you already own — no proprietary hardware — and print thermal labels in multiple sizes.

Multi-tenant customer portals
Each customer signs into a scoped portal and sees only their own inventory, orders, and reports. Invite teammates up to your plan's seat count.

Reports
Export full inventory snapshots and inbound/outbound transaction summaries as CSV.
