Worst service provided. Book for 2 slots. 1 slot taken and another slot wasnt taken. For the slot taken, the timing was reschduled from 2pm to 4pm. Then, the cleaner mentioned she didnt bring the cleaning materials and ask to use our own. What kind of cleaning service is this? And the refund will take 25 days? What?? u guys short in cash is it?

poor customer service. only provided AI assistance. the apps din't train the provided tasker. you will have to face the consequences if they are not satisfying. if any mishap or loss happened, no one will be responsible.

never use it. cleaner is very much did nothing. and when report issue platform not willing to help or solve at all. just force to accept and close it. surprisingly rude and unreasonable. there's other better service exist. ***you think I haven't ctc to CS? actually CS quality more poorer than tasker. they were rude and not helpful at all. just ignore and reject to provide further support.
