Lanzello Field Ops is a private workforce app for a contracting company's own crew. Office staff and field workers stay coordinated in one place — jobs, schedules, materials, work orders, daily reports, messaging, and a live crew map.

Accounts are created and managed by your employer. You sign in with the login your office provides; there is no public sign-up.

FOR THE OFFICE / ADMIN
• Create and manage jobs with customer details, multi-trade scope, and schedules
• Assign crew to jobs by day; workers confirm or decline
• See who's clocked in and where, in real time, on a live crew map
• Track materials and suppliers across all jobs
• Generate work orders and capture on-site e-signatures
• Review crew daily and safety reports
• Export timesheets for payroll

• Clock in and out, with optional location sharing while on the clock

LOCATION
While you are clocked in, the app can share your location with your own office so they can coordinate the crew and confirm on-site arrival. Location is shared only while you are clocked in and stops the moment you clock out or sign out. A clear disclosure is shown before any location permission is requested, and a notification is shown the whole time sharing is active.

Lanzello Field Ops is built for internal company use. Your information is visible only to your own organization's staff inside the app and is never sold or shared with third parties.
