Terrible, unfortunately. We are returning customers to LaPlace for over a decade. Unfortunately, app started preventing me from logging in, says wrong password or user name, when trying to register again says - account already exists. Tried to contact customer service to no avail. In short - Nice restaurant, terrible app and non-existing customer service. edit22.03.2025: and prices went abnormally high, coffee 5 euro, pizza 15 euro. getting worse and worse. Batavia restaurant empty, no wonder...

Requires login every week. Android's auto fill is not triggered when the cursor is in the username field. I cannot be bothered with typing whole username and password, not even once a week.

Hi Aslan, bedankt voor je bericht. Vervelend om te lezen dat het inloggen niet goed werkt! Zou je het e-mailadres waarmee je wil inloggen in de app met ons delen via loyalty@laplace.nl? Dan gaan we er zo snel mogelijk naar kijken.
