Terrible, unfortunately. We are returning customers to LaPlace for over a decade. Unfortunately, app started preventing me from logging in, says wrong password or user name, when trying to register again says - account already exists. Tried to contact customer service to no avail. In short - Nice restaurant, terrible app and non-existing customer service. edit22.03.2025: and prices went abnormally high, coffee 5 euro, pizza 15 euro. getting worse and worse. Batavia restaurant empty, no wonder...

Requires login every week. Android's auto fill is not triggered when the cursor is in the username field. I cannot be bothered with typing whole username and password, not even once a week.

Hi Aslan, bedankt voor je bericht. Vervelend om te lezen dat het inloggen niet goed werkt! Zou je het e-mailadres waarmee je wil inloggen in de app met ons delen via loyalty@laplace.nl? Dan gaan we er zo snel mogelijk naar kijken.

I downloaded this app so I wouldn't have to carry my La Place card, well once I log out, the card number is not shown in the app.i don't want to stay logged in because my private info is in there and accessible to anyone should my phone be lost or stolen.
