We opened our first bakery several years ago, having come into this business from a completely different field. Everyone knows that Mozzarella cheese is used for pizza, as delicious and stretching as in the pictures. We use real Mozzarella of domestic producers, without vegetable fats. For our airy and aromatic Khachapuri, of course, we use the freshest Sulguni cheese. A domestic manufacturer-supplier delivers this cheese to us every day, and still not quite cooled down, after the fermentation process, it goes into the production of fillings.
