About this app

Lares Access self-service app for visitor management is a companion app for our main SaaS solution intended to provide companies with a way of managing visitors’ access by designing and automating complex access flows.

How does it work
Lares Access breaks the access process into 3 parts:
(1) Access Registration – visitors can register themselves or they can be pre-registered by their hosts, the front desk officer, or the security guard at the access point.
(2) Access Validation – represents a set of conditions that need to be met to be granted access into the premises and they can range from an approval given by the host to labor protection forms, time interval etc.
(3) Access Transaction (check-in/check-out) – is the very action of entering or exiting a location

Lares Access allows its clients to use a simple drag&drop interface in the web app which can be used to define complex access flows, save them and assign them to specific access points for a truly customizable solution. These flows will be remotely synced into the tablet app.

Contactless access
In order to minimize risks companies all over the world modified their processes, including access procedures. Lares Access allow visitors to use their mobile phones to complete the access process without touching any other object.

How to use the app
There are 3 simple steps you need to do to use Lares Access self-service app for visitors:
(1) Activate the tablet mode in the web app
(2) Assign the tablet to an access point and associate your custom access flow for that tablet
(3) Login and personalize your app (background, default language etc.)
