It's not great, but don't (necessarily) panic! If you're anything like I was, you bought a device and then looked at the app reviews and despaired. But it does work for me more often than not. There was an issue with it requiring 2.4G WiFi for some reason. Having sorted that, it's still a bit finicky, but it mostly remembers the maps and where the vacuum is. Okay, I haven't tried it with Alexa or any of that, but do you really need your hoover to be voice activated, Captain Picard?

idk what's happened or changed in the ladt few months but my robot vacuum (mars01) will NOT stay connected. i have to do the entire reconnection process on average every 3-5 days. im not kidding. its immensely frustrating because when it DOES work, its a lifesaver and was an expensive purchase worth buying. now its plastic with a hassle. i've lost patience and will be switching to a different brand.

Yes it's true the app doesn't work as easily as one would hope, but if you are semi knowledgeable and keep trying,, it can be figured out reasonably. I was able to connect Alexa and Google but had to use the Tuya skill instead of smartlife, they seem to be the same just dif name.Y mop works.Once the limit on no go zones/walls is reached, app times out when adding more, but it's enough. Mapping works great for me, saved up & down stairs, can move from one to the other no problem.Works Great!
