About this app

The ToughBuilt Connect mobile app is the perfect companion to the ToughBuilt 165’ Laser Measuring Device. You no longer have to juggle the laser device, notepad and pencil and your smartphone. Instead let the app capture and document your measurements in an organized fashion.

Highlighted Features:
- Seamlessly connect the device to your smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth connection

- Take pictures & add notes while measuring. While you are in the space, quickly take pictures and add noted for better context and reference later.

- You can superimpose the measurements you captured from the laser device onto the images you captured via the smartphone. This will eliminate any confusion on which measurement belonged to which wall.

- Create project folders to store your measurements. Depending on how you like to organize your work, you can either create a project to place all the gathered information into, or you can go right into measuring mode and when finished, create a project folder and move the measurements into the project folder.

- Create shareable reports with ease. Once you have all the information you need, freely share the data with all the people who can use and benefit from the gathered information.

Ratings and reviews

The app looks like it would be cool, but I cannot get the laser distance measurer to connect and stay connected. It's connected, it's disconnected, it's connected, it's disconnected. And if it does stay connected long enough to try to use it it tells me it is awaiting a mode selection from the device. The device is already in a mode. S22 ultra user. If anyone could help me out with a way to connect and stay connected, that would be great. Already submitted two support tickets to support.

App crashes everytime I click the sign up button on the first page that pulls up in the app. Please fix and let me know when it's fixed. I love all Toughbuilt products

This was hands down the worst experience I've ever had with anything tool related. So much so I threw out ALL of the toughbuilt products I own. Form my level to this laser( 10 total tools), I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER TOUGHBUILT PRODUCT FOR AS LONG AS I LIVE. It's a shame, too, because your hand tools are good, but if i'm going to give someone money, I expect the thing I paid for to work. In short, don't buy the laser. Don't download the app Don't buy their tools They are Thieves.
