Ratings and reviews

Booking using the app is still buggy. 1)it isnt showing all of my procedure pkgs that are available (ie. New procedure pkgs purchased via a call with a LaserAway rep) and will only let me book pkgs that I have previously booked before. 2) the schedules do not seem up to date when I try to book using the app. It allowed me to book a time slot that the location actually did NOT have available. I had to actually call in to be able to book & was told the days/times were invalid.

booking is so clunky. it keeps showing me appts for yesterday... and won't let me change the dates. when you do book the clinic calls and tells you they have to reschedule because they're either already booked or don't have staff that day/time. can only book full units thru the app, if I want to use the rest of my filler I have to call. what is the point in the app if it doesn't work ever??

I had a microneedling treatment 3 sessions with rejuran and I didn't really see significant results I think because of the cost I expected a change. I let them know that last session, but they didn't tell me anything. The truth wasn't worth giving so much money for anything. I don't recommend this treatment.
