Ratings and reviews

Booking using the app is still buggy. 1)it isnt showing all of my procedure pkgs that are available (ie. New procedure pkgs purchased via a call with a LaserAway rep) and will only let me book pkgs that I have previously booked before. 2) the schedules do not seem up to date when I try to book using the app. It allowed me to book a time slot that the location actually did NOT have available. I had to actually call in to be able to book & was told the days/times were invalid.

I JUST updated the app. The only option for sign in is a verification code send to your phone number. Each time I resend the code and type it in it keeps saying code expired. I've done this 4 times now and STILL can't sign in.

since the update, I cannot log in. the code i get via text is always expired even if I enter it within 1s of getting it. so I can no longer book appointments.

What’s new

- AI Skin Analysis: taking selfies is much easier — a new in-app camera shows you exactly where to place your face, with an on-screen guide and framing tips, so far fewer photos get rejected for being too close.
- AI Skin Analysis: if a photo can't be processed or the analysis hits a hiccup, the app now retries automatically and gives you a one-tap "Try Again" — no more silent dead-ends.
