Ratings and reviews

Booking using the app is still buggy. 1)it isnt showing all of my procedure pkgs that are available (ie. New procedure pkgs purchased via a call with a LaserAway rep) and will only let me book pkgs that I have previously booked before. 2) the schedules do not seem up to date when I try to book using the app. It allowed me to book a time slot that the location actually did NOT have available. I had to actually call in to be able to book & was told the days/times were invalid.

The services and equipment are good. "Corporate" keeps changing and charging wrong, i.e. shorting customers out of what they paid for. The workers can't do anything to fix accounts and have to send everything to Corporate. I've been told NUMEROUS times, "Someone from Corporate will call you." Never happens. There is no number to Corporate to call and speak with someone. Additionally, the workers will argue with you about your account, trying to convince the customer they are wrong.

have not been able to book appointments via the app for months, app just closes. otherwise it's kinda fun to view different available services and see any booked appointments but otherwise not really any point to have the app until that's fixed
