Ratings and reviews

App doesn't work. It has issues with "nearby devices" permission. While my phone sees the BRX taggers, the app won't. The app doesn't even have the option for me to give it Bluetooth (nearby devices) permission. It looks like this would be super cool, but alas, an app that won't even remotely do what it should do deserves no stars. If Battle Company fixes this, I will happily revise this review.

At first, I couldn't get the app to connect to the gun, like many before me have said. HOWEVER, it seems the app needs location permission to be enabled manually for it to work and pair with a rifle. I do believe the app should ask you to enable it up front! Would save the trouble. Fellow Android users, if you are having the "rifle not showing up on scan" issue, check the app's permissions! Other than this obstacle, the app is easy and straightforward to use!

This app makes the BRX tagger much more fun and valuable. The available online games are very fun to play as well the the offline option (using QR codes). However I'm currently only able to connect the app with my IPhone (Gen 8) unfortunately it's having trouble connecting to my Samsung Note. If the issue can be rectified for Androids, the app is a "must have" in addition to the BRX laser tagger.
