About this app

MEMBOWS is an app that connects people looking for band members with people who want to join a band.

"We've been looking for a drummer for six months!"
"I can play, but I never get invited!"
We created this app to reduce misunderstandings like these.

■ What you can do

・Post a member recruitment notice

You can create a recruitment notice simply by selecting the conditions: which part you're looking for, where you'll be playing, and how often.

・Post that you want to join a band

Instead of waiting for recruitment notices, you can proactively post that you can play drums or sing.

・Refine your search by conditions

You can narrow down your search by combining conditions such as the part you play, genre, activity area, available days of the week, and desired direction.


・Send a message directly

You can send messages to people you're interested in from within the app.

You can start communicating without exchanging contact information.


・Save as "Interested"

You can review recruitment notices you want to remember later, even if you don't plan to contact them immediately.

* Show off your music and videos
You can include URLs to YouTube and other platforms in your profile.
People can listen to your performances before contacting you.

* If you're unsure about your writing
You can receive drafts of your self-introduction and recruitment message.
You can use them as is or revise them.

1. Register with your email address or Google account.
2. Select your instrument and activity area.
3. Post a recruitment notice or send a message to someone you're interested in.

The available instruments aren't limited to just instruments.
In addition to vocals, drums, guitar, bass, keyboards, wind instruments/horns, and string instruments, you can also choose songwriting, DTM, engineering, video, PA, dance, and more.

The features necessary for finding members are free to use.

Posting a request, searching, and sending messages are all free.

・You can make your profile private. While private, it won't appear in lists or search results.
・Even if you add someone you're interested in to your "Interested" list, they won't know who clicked it.
・You can block people you don't get along with. Blocking someone will prevent further communication.
・You can report users if you encounter problems.
・You can unsubscribe at any time from within the app.
