I love lashify products but this app needs lots of work. Updating my subscription box is like pulling teeth, there's always an error message when I try to change the items. When I'm actually able to select items you have to scroll through a long list of lashes, literally all the lashes in all the sizes 😒 Another issue is the cart, if you click on a map it adds lashes to the cart and won't let you remove them.. I don't feel comfortable leaving things in the cart after closing the app.

I love Lashify's product. LOVE! But the app AND the website are both terrible. They have been changed a few times, always saying it will be better, but then it's worse. Not user friendly At All. So frustrating when all I want is to get more product, and keep giving up and walking away. Please get a pro to build you a great USER FRIENDLY app and website once and for all!

I love love love Lashify but it is almost impossible to sign in the app. There's always an error. After many tries I haven't been successful, so I have to go back to the web page and order through there. I wish they could work on the app for android phones. Update 2025: still not able to ope the app😔
