Lasko Connect allows users to control their Bluetooth enabled Lasko product remotely. Users can control every aspect of their connected product while providing seamless switching between multiple Lasko products. This app uses Bluetooth Low Energy to easily switch between multiple products and multiple users.

App worked great but not anymore! 4 days ago, I went to turn it on and the fan (listed) was grayed out & wouldn't open. After clearing the cache it still won't work, so I cleared data, forced stop and nothing. So, I unplugged the fan, uninstalled and re-installed the app. This time it worked but the next night, it wouldn't connect AGAIN! I went through all the steps again (not uninstalled) and it worked but now it won't connect AT ALL. I don't know what is going on but now I'm VERY pissed off🤬

Bluetooth functionality is very poor. Device will stay connected for one day and then the app no longer recognizes the device as connected. Trying to get it to reconnect is very difficult as well. Devices need to include a remote since the app isn't an effective alternative. If you're trying to avoid apps needing permissions maybe you shouldn't have a smartphone? Lmao.

I have the same problem I seen other have. It shows my fan but is grayed out and I can't get it to control anything. This is the whole reason I bought. I could have saved money and bought a cheaper brand. I have uninstalled app. I have tried repairing but nothing works. It does do everything else except Bluetooth and if you are buying because of this weight your options before spending the money
