hopelessly slow! good for finding items / search function but sooooo slow to load a product page, the basket, or process payment. It will not let me log in to PayPal and selecting card doesn't load - so I can't even order. doesn't help that the website is even worse! I can't even log in on the website and every time I add to basket, it clears it within half a day "this basket is not reserved" is all very well but it's not helping your sales sorry.

I use the app frequently to add products to my wishlist and cart/basket until I'm ready to checkout or, if I have travelled the 3hrs+ to my nearest store, I can shop my wishlist in person. However, I quite often experience issues with the app. I am aware that my 'basket is not reserved' as per the warning when viewing my basket, but my wishlist has been cleared numerous times, without warning over the past 2-3 yrs, which is very frustrating! Also other issues but I've reached the character limit

The app used to be mildly buggy (issues loading item pages, having to login twice to checkout) but at least I could still order. Recently I couldn't get the app to let me change my preferred store, it just keeps resetting based on my address, and so I can't order for pick up at any store other than the one closest to me, which is so annoying because there's no stock at my local store but there is a few kilometres away!!! The website has the same issue.
