Ratings and reviews

It never shows what stock is available in other stores. Just goes to a blank screen no matter what product you choose to search. Very inconvenient. 28/5/26: Still the same issues. 15/9/26: Don't rely on your Wishlist, items keep disappearing and are deleted by the App (even everyday items they stock all year round that are still available on the website). Super annoying.

app is not good constantly crashes and freezes have to shut it down multiple times everytime i use it

This app is dreadful. It constantly fails to load due to "unreliable connection" despite having full bars of wifi or data connection, and it keeps forgetting addresses as soon as they're entered. It logs you out for no reason and won't load the login page to get back in. And they refused to stock assorted products on the shelves, making them click and collect only and thus preventing the customers from buying the product they actually want despite not being blind bags.
