Very poor service and unresponsive customer service. This is not working again! Been your subscriber for a long time. I am paying for 3 numbers and only 1 is working since last year but now that 1 number isn't working at all. I am sending email but as usual no one is responding to me. Not sure why this app is not working again and when you are planning to fix this!!

I'm using this app since a year ago, So far app is very good, I like that can track even if they block the online status, sometimes gives some issues and doesn't work like now since yesterday is not working, just a recommendation, you can add an average of usage too, how many minutes or hours the number spend online. Sometimes when the app have issues, takes too long to fix it

Scam company, have used this app in the past successfully. Recently decided to try it again and purchased a subscription to monitor 2 numbers for one month. Didn't work on my phone...contacted support asking for assistance or a refund...no response in 2 weeks after sending 3 emails to support. Seems like they will just take your money and run! Buyer beware!!!
