Lattice is a people management platform that helps companies align, engage, and grow their employees. With Lattice, it’s easy to launch 360 reviews, share ongoing feedback and public praise, facilitate 1:1s, setup goal tracking, and run employee engagement surveys.

The mobile app is designed to support the work style of our customers, specifically:

Ratings and reviews

native mobile interface design standards are not followed at all. Form fields do not expand as you type, so you cannot view full text contents entered. Navigation is underutilized and only takes you between your home view and company directory, wondering if this is different depending on the tools used on the platform. Coworker profiles are prioritized on the home view, not sure who shows up and why this is higher in hierarchy than open tasks. frankly just bizarre decisions

Basically unusable due to having to sign in each time via SSI, which is unfortunate because I use Lattice constantly on desktop and would love to be able to add a quick thought to a 1:1 agenda when it pops into my brain. Sign in needs to be less frequent somehow.

Only allows you to view goals. If you can't add new tasks to goals or create new goals then a mobile app is pointless. I downloaded it hoping to quickly add to goals but that's not possible. I then tried to give feedback in the app but the send button didn't work.
