Ratings and reviews

As a subscribing real estate agent (yes, we have to pay to access the app to help the public), I don't get to see if the query is for Rental or Purchasing. I have requested that this be implemented on several occasions, but my requests seem to disappear into a black hole. I love the idea of the app and would love to keep supporting this startup, but without applying necessary updates, which will help the public, I'm not sure that I can continue to support it for much longer.

I originally left a 5-star review because Lauft offered points for doing so. After using the service, I never had a legitimate lead conversation. Only 2 people responded: one had already bought a home in another state, and the other told me to stop messaging them. You also spend points before knowing if someone wants to rent or buy. I also lost all unused points when I canceled, and support took about a week to respond.
