my last year's experience was disastrous. So I had stopped donating here. But still I want to continue with you to pay sadaqa during 30 days of Ramadan. I have updated your app. but it doesn't open. I am trying to reset the password it doesn't accept. Have you blocked me because I had raised voice against you for failing to resolve my issues of not following the instructions and the duplicate payments and excessive charges applied

cant pay. 3DS challenge required.... what? no other info. cant make it work. shame... very frustrating.

I'm trying to sign up and it keeps asking me to fill in the fields correctly. Honestly not sure what's happening it's only asking for my name, email and a password.
