Keeps getting frozen. I have preview experience experience in tech support industry so I've tried to troubleshoot the issue by installing, re start the device etc still getting the same issue. I wish there was a way to report this to the employers and give them feedback that this app it's just not doing it for a lack of a better word!

Easy user interface allowing for a smooth and well explained transition between videos. The self help tutorial before you began the virtual experience was informative and easy to understand allowing myself to have an even more enjoyable experience while eliminating any questions I might have encountered before beginning the video submission and throughout the entire process.

I've tried multiple times and on two different phones to install this app and load up the link sent by the employer but nothing worked! Everytime I downloaded the app it crashed and went to a blank screen. I tried restarting my phone and going through different browsers (as suggested by their helpline) and nothing worked. By the end they clearly couldn't advise my why it wouldn't work on my new Samsung S24 ultra and said to try a new device ! Useless software and now I've missed out on a career.
