"I’ve been with Select Home Warranty for many years and went with their 3-year plan—best decision ever. The coverage is solid, claims are straightforward, and the service is always quick. Recently had an issue with my AC, and it was fixed fast with just the service fee. Affordable price and great peace of mind. Definitely recommend them!

No functionality in the app. It states that "The website has changed" and doesn't allow anything to be done directly in the app. I've reinstalled it several times with no difference in its function.

The app is the same as the website. No functionality except to submit claims. They can't be managed at all. There's no way to submit for reimbursements within the claim. Everything still requires calling and emailing. This app is just to see or enter claims. That's it! It's basically useless.
