You pay them to find ways to deny your claim. They work with technicians who do what they can to send diagnoses that will allow them to deny your claim. Then when you hire someone who knows what they are actually doing, select does everything they can to avoid reimbursement. I have had several warranty companies with various properties and select is one of the worst. Look at their app, that will tell you all you need to know. If you love throwing your money away, select is definitely for you.

The app is the same as the website. No functionality except to submit claims. They can't be managed at all. There's no way to submit for reimbursements within the claim. Everything still requires calling and emailing. This app is just to see or enter claims. That's it! It's basically useless.
