When first creating the log in it would not accept any info from the email the school sent me. On top of that the email from the school didn't fully provide the needed ID number (only part). So to create the account and gain access to the app I had to click the link from the email and set up the account on browser. Besides that I have no other issues with the app itself. Thought it might help others if they have difficulty creating an account through the app and how I went about it.

Can't login to app with working credentials. Very annoying. Terrible UX. After entering password, it tells me "Username or password invalid. Attempt has been logged." It is clearly the right username and password, I logged in on the browser with it. Update: Apparently app is not available for ISA customers. Probably shouldn't market it to ISA customers then. I've added a star for a response. But until Launch stops telling me to use it, in ISA payment emails, I'll rate the app as broken.

The app itself is getting 4 stars, as it is very easy to use and very self explanatory. I have had a much easier time paying my loan with this app. What's getting the 5 stars is the tech support I received when the app started giving me trouble. I had one specific person helping me with my situation but an entire team working to get this app back up and running smoothly. So thank you.
