Riddled with annoying user interface issues. Won't save card details, it has a tick box for payment reuse(it does nothing). Needlessly fiddly, Inputing details some of the number-only boxes default back to the keyboard instead of staying on the number pad after the first number is entered. Occasionally had money taken but didn't enable the machine. Painfully slow on 3G connection, which is common since these places tend to be in basement of apartments buildings. Clearly no QA was done.

Had no choice but to use this because laundry service in the apartment building I live is provided by this company and app. It doesn't the status of the dryer and washing machine properly. I always check if there's any machine available but run all the way down to find it actually isn't, unlike the app shows . I have to pay first before I go down since the machine are located in the basement and there's no reception. It charged me but I couldn't use sometimes. And I did it within 5 mins! Awful

App upgraded a couple of weeks ago since then it is not accepting card payments. Comes up with a message 3DS NOT AUTHENTICATED. Tried ringing them. No answer. Emailed them. No reply. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Doesn't work. Very poor customer service and this means I cannot use the laundry room in my apartment block
