As an service provider, we accepts online orders through different modes like - mobile app, website, over the phone and from other social channels.

As a consumer, download the mobile app, register with the phone number, get it validated with OTP.

- Raise a pickup request from the main menu by specifying the - services, pickup time, and exact location for garment collection
- Based on the service availability, our operations team either accept / reject the request
- If request is accepted, our rider will visit the specified location, collect the garments, hand over the confirmation receipts
- Upon successful service completion, rider gets the garments from the store, and handover them to you in good condition
- You can pay the bills online
- You will get the timely notifications during the whole process.
- You can even check the status of the orders, know the latest coupons offered by us.
